　　“Douglas Is Cancelled” will see Hugh Bonneville play a middle aged and widely-respected news anchor called Douglas Bellowes while Gillan stars as his canny sidekick Madeline.
　　Douglas lives a perfect life. He enjoys his privileged status as national treasure and host of current affairs show “Live at Six” while off-air he shares a harmonious home with wife Sheila, a newspaper editor.
　　But their world is turned upside down when, at a family wedding, he’s overheard making an “ill-advised joke.” As a guest threatens to expose Douglas on social media the rumor mill goes into overdrive and sparks off a digital storm that quickly upends his life and career. With her 2 million social media followers, tech-savvy co-anchor Madeline could throw Douglas a lifeline by posting in his defense … but will she?

　　橘孝平（中村雅俊 饰）和妻子千寻（原田美枝子 饰）之间早就没有了感情，他决定在退休的那一天提出离婚，然后着情人夏美一起经营事务所。千寻任劳任怨的做了三十年的全职太太，没想到忽然之间就失了业。绝望中，她找了一份钟点工的工作，服务于一位名叫丽子（户田惠子 饰）的女子。
　　丽子和千寻很快就成为了无话不谈的好友，在丽子的帮助下，千寻整个人都焕然一新，神采飞扬。改头换面的千寻吸引了小说家麻生的注意，然而千寻的心依旧系在孝平的身上。孝平和千寻的女儿真纪（星野真里 饰）生产在即，这让孝平重新见到了千寻，而一封迟到了三十年的信让孝平终于明白了千寻对自己深厚而又真挚的感情。

　　故事梗概：
　　帕西是一个不幸的女孩，在十二岁那年，母亲结交了一个新男朋友，从此她的噩梦就开始了。在十六岁那年，继父让帕西怀了孕，并在一次酒醉时，杀了刚刚出生的婴儿。忍无可忍的帕西终于爆发内中抑郁已久的愤怒，杀了继父。几年后，帕西因在狱中表现良好而提前出狱，面临着社会是否会接纳她等一系列问题。一个刚出狱的女孩，为了想重新开始一切，在一天夜里搬到偏僻的小镇，希望可以忘记从前的一切。在小镇警察局长的帮助下，帕西来到一家餐厅工作，烤肉店的孤身老太太翰娜收留了她，她觉得自己似乎得到了再次重生的机会。
　　然而纯朴的小镇，慢慢却因此而波涛暗涌。烤肉店来了个罪犯服务员的消息很快传遍了这个狭小的镇子，不少八卦的人还特意跑了看。而帕西也没有隐瞒自己曾经做过牢的消息，坦然面对大家。老太太翰娜竭尽全力保护这个受过伤害的女孩，并给与她充分的信任，而在烤肉店工作的过程中，帕西与翰娜的侄媳妇也成为了无话不谈的好朋友。但翰娜的侄子雷诺克却是个心胸狭窄的人，对刚刚出狱的帕西十分不放心，不仅多次让姑姑赶走帕西，还不准妻子与她交往。
　　自从儿子参军失踪，随后老伴去世后，翰娜就一直很想卖掉烤肉店，她已经太累了，想过过轻松的生活。但却一直苦于找不到合适的买主，帕西想出征文送店的点子让老太太高兴不已，但却遭到了雷诺克的大力反对。固执的老太太坚定自己的想法，在各大报纸刊登征文的消息，并且收到一大笔寄款。但就在这个时候，奇怪的事情发生了，巨款不翼而飞。所有人的目光都转向了帕西，这让她苦恼不已，而一个经常出没在森林里的疯子也受到了牵连。为了保护疯子，证明自己的清白，帕西付出了宝贵的生命，而此时，小镇上的人们才开始觉醒。

　　本片根据著名作家安娜•拉布冈斯的小说改编，是好莱坞1996推出的一部温情题材的电影，影片刚一上映就赢得了一致好评。片中浪漫真挚的爱情、朋友之间纯洁真诚的友谊，相信定会让不少观众为之感动。该片的编剧兼导演是美国才华横溢的电影人李·大卫·齐龙特，他不仅导演多部大片，而且在编剧方面也有很高造诣。由他编剧并执导的电影《第三眼》最近也成为最热门的电影之一。
　　影片的女主角则是由经验老到的好莱坞资深女演员艾仳·帕斯特尼担任，她曾在《奇迹创造者》、《十二》、《云雀之歌》、《时间的皱纹》等多部著名影片中担当要角。在本片中，她出色地扮演了帕西的一角，把一个刚刚出狱的女孩突然面临生活变故后的复杂心情表现得惟妙惟肖。

　　Umberto Lenzi is undoubtedly the king of Italian crime movies, but unfortunately; Syndicate Sadists is not the best examples of his work in this genre. Lenzi&♯39;s crime flicks tend to be a cut above the rest because he makes films based on stories with a point, and they don&♯39;t lack direction; but this film feels a bit too wayward to fully fit with the rest of his stuff. The film takes obvious influence from Sergio Leone&♯39;s landmark western &♯39;A Fistful of Dollars&♯39; (which in turn, took influence from Akira Kurosawa&♯39;s landmark samurai flick Yojimbo), in that it features two warring families and a strong character at the centre. The crime that Lenzi focuses on is kidnapping, and we centre on a character called &♯39;Rambo&♯39;. Rambo is dragged into the war between the two families after his brother is killed because of it. Rambo uses his brains and brawn to pit the two families against one another, in the hope of gaining revenge for his brother&♯39;s death, rescuing a young boy that they&♯39;ve kidnapped, and ultimately letting the two sides destroy one another.
　　The film&♯39;s biggest asset is undoubtedly Tomas Milian. Milian was put to great use by Lenzi in almost all of his crime thrillers. The range of characters he has played for Lenzi is immense, and this one is easily one of the coolest. The character is called Rambo, which immediately sprang to mind the popular Sylvester Stallone character - but for once, the Italians actually haven&♯39;t stolen this name as Syndicate Sadists was released first! As usual, the film is wickedly entertaining, as we get to watch Milian get himself involved in the usual array of car chases, shootouts and brawls. Lenzi has got him riding a motorbike this time round, and every scene featuring it and Milian is a real standout! However, the film often feels like it doesn&♯39;t really have anywhere to go, and this means that the running time is stretched out more than it should be. Compared to the crime films of other Italian directors, Syndicate Sadists is more than above average; but in relation to Lenzi crime flicks such as Almost Human and The Cynic, The Rat and The Fist - it doesn&♯39;t stand tall as one of Lenzi&♯39;s best. Still, if you&♯39;re looking for ninety minutes of testosterone fuelled mayhem - Syndicate Sadists will suffice!

　　江户时代魔鬼横行，为了对抗伪装成人类的魔鬼，一群有志之士成立了一个名叫“鬼御门”的组织。其中一个高手病叶出门(市川染五郎 饰 )，被称作“杀鬼者”，五年前他神秘地离开组织，来到第四代鹤屋南北(小日向文世 饰)开办的剧场做演员。此时在江户出现了一个名叫“暗夜的茶花”的盗贼， 实际上她们是一群表面上以云游表演为生的女子，其中最美的是一个叫椿(宫泽理惠 饰)的女子。病叶偶然邂逅了椿，两人相爱了。假扮成尼姑的恶鬼首领美惨(樋口可南子 饰)，无意中发现了椿肩膀上的阿修罗王的标记，可是椿对此一无所知，在美惨的推波助澜下，在病叶与椿结合的一瞬间真相终于浮出水面。鬼王阿修罗重生，阿修罗城出现在了世人面前。
