AMC的在线台Shudder拿下电影改编剧《鬼作秀 Creepshow》，这部剧改编自Stephen King执笔﹑George Romero执导的同名诗选恐怖电影，而剧集版将由George Romero负责。 电影《鬼作秀》分成六个恐怖故事，其后来还出了两部续集及衍生漫画。
Kaewsai just graduated from Faculty of Communications and started working at a broadcast station owned by Mutthana, who is her father&♯39;s lover. Her parents got divorced when she was a child and she was raised by her grandparents. Mutthana had only one son, Siwa, who is arrogant and hates Kaewsai&♯39;s father because he thinks that he stole his mother&♯39;s love. Siwa came back to Thailand after studying abroad for many years and meets Kaewsai in a party. He&♯39;s impressed with her strong and smart personality, but starts to hate her after he found out who her dad is. Other executives at the station have a grudge against Siwa&♯39;s mother so he also has to prove himself when he&♯39;s cast as the main actor in a lakorn directed by Kaewsai. He starts to fall in love with her unexpectedly, and she also falls for him after they get close.

Stella Ballister (Patricia Owens) receives the horrifying news that her husband met with an untimely demise while mountain climbing. Newly married, Stella asks for the retrieval of her husband&♯39;s body - but the task proves impossible when the corpse accidentally falls into a deep crevasse, where no human eyes or hands can reach him. Mark (James Donald), having feelings for Stella, stays by her side, a close friend and nothing more. Forty years later, still trying to get over the news of the accident, Stella learns that the glacier has moved. Hiring a crew to help prospect her husband out of the ice, they find the body preserved and untouched. Stella views the body of her husband one last time.
