本剧是CBS今年最热门的一部新剧，由艾美奖得主、在《急诊室的故事》（ER）、《阿法隆迷雾》（Mists of Avalon）和《亡命魔界》（The Lost Room）中有上佳表现的Julianna Margulies主演。故事主要描述政客Peter（Chris Noth扮演）因性丑闻和政治丑闻被捕入狱后，他的妻子Alicia Florrick （Julianna Margulies）不得不结束「家庭主妇」的生活，独立担当起支撑家庭的重任。抛开丈夫的背叛和负面的公众影响不说，光是别人投来的异样眼光，就足以让Alicia这样的官太太羞愧得不敢出门。然而Alicia没有被困难吓倒，她不但要抛头露面，还要重拾自己婚前的职业－－辩护律师。

　　At the beginning of 2259, Captain John Sheridan replaces Sinclair as the military governor of the station. He and the command staff learn that the death of President Santiago was actually an assassination masterminded by Vice President Clark (who assumed the Presidency upon Santiago&♯39;s death). A conflict develops between the Babylon 5 command staff and the Psi Corps, an increasingly autocratic organization which oversees and controls the lives of human telepaths. Commander Ivanova, the second-in-command of the station, is secretly a latent telepath who has illicitly avoided registering with the Psi Corps.
　　The Shadows, an ancient and extremely powerful race who have recently emerged from hibernation, are revealed to be the cause of a variety of mysterious and disturbing events, including the attack on the Narn outpost at the end of 2258. Centauri Ambassador Londo Mollari unknowingly enlists their aid through his association with the mysterious Mr. Morden in the ongoing conflict with the Narn. The elderly and ailing Centauri emperor, long an advocate of reconciliation with the Narn, dies suddenly while visiting Babylon 5. A number of conspirators, including Londo Mollari and Refa, take control of the Centauri government by assassinating their opponents and placing the late emperor&♯39;s unstable nephew on the throne. Their first act is to start open aggression against the Narn. After a full-scale war breaks out, the Centauri eventually conquer Narn in a brutal attack involving mass drivers, outlawed weapons of mass destruction. Towards the end of the year, the Clark administration begins to show increasingly totalitarian characteristics, clamping down on dissent and restricting freedom of speech. The Vorlons are revealed to be the basis of legends about angels on various worlds, including Earth, and are the ancient enemies of the Shadows. They enlist the aid of Sheridan and the Babylon 5 command staff in the struggle against the Shadows.

　　故事背景在现代，话说于每一个世代都会出现一个年青的女孩子，在人世间寻找及对付一些妖魔鬼怪，例如有吸血鬼、坏女巫等等邪恶的势力，而这个年青的女孩子则被称为Slayer，亦即是本剧中的女主角——Buffy。故事的开始是因 Buffy在L.A.的学校中捉拿吸血鬼的时候把整个体育馆弄倒了，故被学校踼了出来，之后她的母亲Joyce与她搬到加州名叫Sunnydale的一个地方生活，但原来这一切也是命运的安排。

　　CBS will be bringing back another one of its veteran dramas for the 2019-20 TV season.
　　Announced this afternoon, the network has officially renewed “NCIS” for its seventeenth season. The news comes after star and executive producer, Mark Harmon, signed a new deal with CBS to reprise his role on the series.
　　“NCIS has been a global juggernaut for almost two decades,” said CBS Entertainment President, Kelly Kahl. “Its viewers are clearly the most loyal of any drama on television. They are passionate about the characters, the plotlines and the storytelling. We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the gifted production team and the cast, led by the extraordinary Mark Harmon. We are delighted that the show will remain a linchpin of the CBS schedule this coming season.”
　　In its current season, “NCIS” has been averaging 12.2 million viewers in the live same day ratings, making it TV’s second-most-watched scripted series, behind only “The Big Bang Theory.” It has remained a strong performer for CBS, in both its ratings and viewership numbers, and was widely considered to be a strong renewal contender leading up to the announcement today.
　　With this renewal, “NCIS” now joins “Young Sheldon,” “Mom,” “Criminal Minds,” “God Friended Me,” “Magnum P.I.,” “FBI,” and “The Neighborhood” on a growing list scripted titles confirmed to be returning on CBS for the 2019-20 season.

　　该剧已经被FX预订首集，SOA的灵魂人物Kurt Sutter将和Elgin James一起写剧本，也将执导首集，而Sutter表示该剧与SOA在基调、节奏和故事讲述上都会是不同的，他还透露为什么不是自己独挑大梁：“我作为一个泽西州来的白人，来讲述这个拉丁文化和传统的故事不太恰当，我想找到一个有力的、独特的拉丁之声来运作这个故事，Elgin James就是这个人了。”

　　该剧根据同名小说改编，设定为轴心国在第二次世界大战击败了同盟国，美国向德国和日本帝国投降，是一部架空历史的幻想类剧集。

《无耻之徒第二季》根据同名英剧改编，故事由曼彻斯特被搬到了风城芝加哥，在经济萧条的大背景下，一个工人阶级的家庭，一个经常被发现睡在客厅地板上的酒鬼一家之主，一个不称职的老妈，他们的女儿，18岁的Fiona承担下了抚养他5个弟弟妹妹责任，这对她来讲似乎是个不可能完成的任务。热闹非凡的家庭日常生活夹杂着爱情，冒险，欺诈，温情等等有血有泪的故事，为我们展现了这个非凡的家庭

　　雷迪克、博斯曼和洛克哈特律师事务所在接连失去最大客户“真香（chumhum）”搜索引擎、创始合伙人性侵丑闻东窗事发后，不得不接受跨国巨头STR劳瑞律师事务所收购成为其附属子公司，转眼间所有决定都逃不过顶头巨头事后批评问责。尽管STR劳瑞初看好似善主一枚，戴安·洛克哈特和同事却因丧失独立自主纷纷恼火不已。

　　《罪恶黑名单》的主创Jon Bokenkamp宣称NBC已经续订该剧第四季。
